What Is A Soft Wash?
When you need a roof cleaned or your house washed or even your commercial business building exterior cleaned, soft washing is the right service for you.

We know what pressure washing is. Pressure washing surfaces is using a high-pressure jet of water to remove the grime and growths from your surfaces. Pressure washing should only be done on non-porous very hard surfaces.
Although we do pressure wash surfaces, more often, we will use a patented soft washing technique to clean your surfaces. We use chemicals to kill the bacteria Gloeocapsa Magma, the algae and other organisms that make your roof streaked with black or your siding green. Then we rise it off with a water stream only a little stronger than a standard garden hose.
If needed, we can follow up with a high-pressure wash, but usually it isn’t needed. The chemical solution we use isn’t available in stores, in other words, we use “the good stuff” to get rid of the growth and can even guarantee it won’t return for a specific time!
