Robert Cobb has been washing houses for years. He’s seen the inexperienced pressure washers destroy roofs and even tear paint off walls. Because we want to make sure your house looks great, Rob looked for a new way to wash the house and keep it intact. He found Soft Wash Systems.
When soft washing a home, we use an eco-friendly chemical that kills the algae and loosens the dirt, moss, grime and lichens that are growing on your walls and roof. Then a low-pressure stream of water rinses away the detritus. No damage at all!

Why I Soft Wash Businesses & Houses.
I'm Robert
I started out as a landscaper back in 1999, but after a season, I found that I needed a steadier business; one I could do year round. So I started general maintenance and handyman work. As that’s grown, pressure washing houses has become a big part of it all.
Soft Washing
Pressure washing uses a very high PSI water jet to scour surfaces clean. NOT GOOD for cleaning your asphalt shingle roof! Instead, I use Soft Wash Systems to clean softer surfaces like roofs, decks and even cars.
